APEEJAY CO OP SOCIETY LTD , Registration No. NBOM/CIDCO/HSG/2750/JTR/2008-2009) built by APEEJAY GROUP in the year 1986 and sold one ‘B’  wing to DCPL PVT LTD, one Kolkata based company having their office in Apeejay Express, Vashi.  DCPL eventually sold the 23 flats out of 24 in batches to customers till year 2007 except one FLAT.  The new members and existing old members of ‘A’ wing came together and formed the society with the help of Apeejay Group in the year 2007. However, over the years the society did lot of repairing work internally by individuals as well as externally.  Therefore members slowly started thinking about the redevelopment after positive response from the government of Maharashtra and subsequent changes in UDCPR 2020.

In 14^th AGM which was held in year 2021 members decided to kick start the process and gradually by following the clause 79(a) managing  committee  kept the ball rolling of redevelopment process.

Faced with these challenges, extensive repair work was considered but deemed unfeasible. In light of this reality, Chandralok Co-Op Housing Society embarked on a transformative journey towards redevelopment, recognizing it as the most viable solution to address the structural deficiencies and ensure the long-term viability of our community.
